Acceptable Use Policy

Authorised business use

Use Storechestra only for stores and information you are authorised to manage. The Merchant must manage staff permissions, lawful instructions, customer notices, retention requirements and operational checks.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorised access, credential sharing, evading permissions or attempting to view another workspace.
• Malicious code, disruption, abusive automation or testing security without prior permission.
• Fraud, unlawful communications, intellectual-property infringement or resale of the service without permission.
• Copying or reverse engineering beyond what applicable law permits.
• Uploading payment-card details, passwords, access tokens, special-category data or other sensitive information that the service does not need.
• Using customer contact details for marketing without a lawful basis and any required consent, or ignoring opt-outs and suppression instructions.

Reporting a problem

Report suspected compromise, unintended access or misuse promptly to support@storechestra.co.uk. Include a concise description and reference, but omit customer records and credentials unless a secure, authorised process specifically requires them.

Proportionate enforcement

We may investigate and restrict activity that reasonably threatens users, connected stores or the platform. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to suspension, termination or lawful reporting to an appropriate authority.
